Does it spread fat out at all?

I don't think so but it can make your face look thinner/less 'squat' since it adds a bit of height to the chin

Lol sliding movement makes a huge different from the front : your chin appears closer on the median plane so bigger. My chin is almost ogre now. I need to have jaw implants to compensate.

no lol. You just get that nice shiny chin look from the front(ĺight reflecting off it to signify strong chin)

It can stretch the skin a bit but you need cheekbones to have cheekbones

It makes a huge difference.

I only got advancement and went from Michael B Jordan recession to mogger chin.

My chin has always been square and broad and advancement on the medial plane has made it proeminent.

Thats a 3 4ths picture (thats not a frontal) and you look funny as hell. So no, it doesn't.
