Whether something can be achieved with custom implants will depend on starting point. If open to combination approach (Double Jaw Surgery + Custom Implants) instead of a more limted approach (Osteotomy-Only or Implant-Only) then more becomes possible...
Whether it will look good or be harmonious with other features is another. Then things could become more complicated by altering the midface and nose to make the requested jaw change harmonious.

Pretty much exactly what RealSurgerymax has stated, (and i've been following a lot of your advice for several years realsurgerymax). There's only so much you can do with the facial structure, it depends on your skull structure and what you're willing to pay for on top of that, things like the eyes are very very hard to change past certain point. You can do a lot with the jaw(s) but please do your research.
