If your outer lashes are pointing outward/downward, you can with a precision lash curler curl them more upwards. If that doesnt do the job you can get a lash lift. It will make a small difference. One of my eyes have a little less positive canthal tilt than the other and its lateral lashes are not as lifted as the other eye as well. Lifting the lashes on the less PCT eye does even it out a little.

Positive eyebrow tilt can help fraud your canthal tilt, alongside proper grooming in the unibrow region can fraud symptoms of shit ipd whether its too far apart or too close together.
