Can facial hair hide bad lips

I have shit tier lips. Small and assymetrical . This was due to a injury i faced during my childhood. Can i grow a goatee to hide .y bad lips . Somewhat , like a damage control or is it futile.???

A moustache can hide a bad philtrum decently, even upper lips but for a certain extent.

But goatees can hide a bad chin. Nothing to do with lower lips.
