srs?

U sure bimax can’t fix my jaw asymetry?

uneven shoulders, hip, ribcage and likely crooked jaw
I have that but i have functional due to muscle imbalancr

Do u have functional or structural (which is in the spine it self)

according to the doc my spine isn’t noticeably tilted

But I do have a muscle imbalance In my shoulder :feelsrope:

Why would you get bimax are you even recessed lmao. Show side profile and scans

Doesn't BiMax just bring the jaw forward?

Of course it won't fix asymmetry.

Jaw Implants are what you're looking for.

not recessed just severe asymetric overbite

I heard bimax can fix asymetry tho? I’m sure my mandible and maxilla could be more forward grown

Best way is to get a good scan and a consultation with an aesthetic focused surgeon. Costs around 400 euro

No, it can't. It'll just make your recessed jaw more obvious because it'll be more forward grown lmao.

This forum doesn't even know what the surgeries they jerk off to do.

If the asymmetry was caused due to something like uneven gonial eversion than yea.

Yours seems to be a skeletal defect.

Get Implants.

Also skeletal defect?

I’m just scared that maybe cuz the higher shoulder side is also the side where my jaw is higher and at a lower angle

Fuck sake why this gotta happen to me

so I should get implants after I fix my bite with braces?
Yea, fix your bite so you can see your base.

I'm 99.99% sure implants are the way to go in your case.

Yea, this is what I was refering too.

Your skeleton is deformed.

brutal asf could I actually become fully symmetrical with the use of implants?

does my maxilla not need any advancement?

Well, I don't know.

Maybe?

The overbite makes it dificult to tell you 100%.

And yea, an implant would give you 99% symmetry.

LOL nah, they will NOT look real.

I don't think I've seen a non-comical result.

What about assymetrical lip shape, where one side remains straight and the other is negatively tilted, I was recommended fillers for that

You can try ALF to fix assymetry

Usually a genetic muscle use imbalance.

You're likely prone to strokes in your old age.
