well I was trying to say invisible lower eyelid or smooth under eyes,
some people say it's just thickness of lee skin, some say fat some say infraorbital.

I read this thread in 2024* while lurking . That's where I got this idea. Pretty legit theory ngl especially the hooding& lee part.

Yeah
It's largely dependent on fat btw
Just aim to not have a recessed orbital bone in the anterior direction, then fill it up with fat for fat grafting

I'm almost positive height of infra bone doesn't play that much into it

I've got to do research on bleph, I've been avoiding it my entire life.. and yes for the first part
Because if you are recessed, that negative orbital vector causes gravity to make those periorbital fat pads fall (there is no support)

my concerns are about the lee soft tissue, could be thick skin, fat, muscle & maybe bleph might fail at fixing it.
@SteveRogers could you give your thoughts on this? will fat grafting push it up further or make it invisible,

i can help you just answer these question :
do you have good zygos and cheekbone projection and neutral under eye support if yes go and get fat grafting it will fix the under eye issue and if you dont have all of this it means you are kinda recessed so just get infra implants it costs like 7 to 6k dollar aint that costly ... surgeons like pagnoni and ramieri might help you out

Nope most of the time bad under eye and flat midface go hand in hand that's why getting infra and zygomatic implants is better than fat grafting , there is no point of getting fat grafting when you have no bones +the fat can unevenly spread that's why try to look at your case first then decide , I will recommend implants if you have bad infra and midface fat grafting ain't gonna do a lot in that case

I do have good support, but as the guy above said It's also largely dependent on fat distribution so this is just wrong.

I'm talking about perfect contour between lower eyelid & area below that, not just good under eye support
