Can filler/fat be injected into the temporal area of my skull to fix asymmetries?

I am terrified of going bald because of this, what can fix it? One of my temples sticks out more than the other

Also my hair is thinner on one side of my head but I don’t think I’m balding, WHAT TF DO I DO?
