Can filler increase chin length and jaw height?

My gonions are fine so i dont want filler there but my chin is recessed and mandible height is short (however my ramus is normal). is it possible? I just want longer lower thirds rather than wider (i do want wider chin tho).

I want to look like the way i look when i jaw jut since i cant perma jut for various reasons

It can, for both instances. However as you know fillers are temporary and will not change underlying bone structure. A few millimeters goes a long way

yeah what i really need is bimax but i barely have the money for filler let alone surgery
