Can filler straighten out the jaw like I would need or would an implant be better? Or should I look into genioplasty with implant?

I have a decent ramus it’s more of the notch from my downward growth is prominent and my mandible is just a little behind ideal so my chin sits a little vertical and back from my lips, from a 3/4 angle when I have good tongue posture it becomes really obvious like there’s a gap under it.? make up your mind dude, if your problem is just downward growth ( unlikely ) like for example a big gonial angle and nonexistant ramus you could do with just implants, but most downgrown people are also recessed and the only fix for recession is repositioning the jaws ofc
maybe worth try bothI have a decent ramus it’s more of the notch from my downward growth is prominent and my mandible is just a little behind ideal so my chin sits a little vertical and back from my lips, from a 3/4 angle when I have good tongue posture it becomes really obvious like there’s a gap under it.
