Can fillers increase the height of the chin?

My philtrum is 16.5 mm measured with caliber while my chin height is 34mm, so I need like 2-3mm to get a good chin/philtrum ratio. Can fillers give it to me without giving a strange shape to chin from the side?

It's true though? You're not just going to squash your filler that easily by bumping randomly into something.
I'd be first on the line for the surgery. But get down to reality. It's not even a really comparable thing, in terms of health invasiveness cost and actual monetary cost.
