Is it possible to widen this part of the jaw? Like right at the top of the ramus area where it's most narrow, and in a chad jaw it will usually flare out underneath it due to masseters or wide gonions like in Ian Somerhalder or Brad Pitt.

How do we widen this part? Is it impossible? Can jaw implants and/or fillers do the trick? Please if anyone can let me know, I will also mention @RealSurgerymax because he is an expert

Yes implants can, need to be custom tho, I believe risk of masseter dehiscence increases with such implants. I could be wrong tho.

Dont get fillers.

Yes custom implants can however in most cases I intentionally try to keep this area flat or concave. In the average person augmenting here will cause a bloated appearance.

yes

It makes you look bloated
So what tf do i do if that area is too narrow then and i want a wide jaw that is 90-95% of my cheekbone width?

Am i fucked and doomed to have a narrow jaw forever?

If i flare out my gonions underneath that area any more itd look uncanny so i need to widen the upper area.

I want to widen my face but i fear this area i describe being too narrow will prevent me from widening my gonion area more, if i widen that area more, itd just look uncanny and overly flared

I don't think it's much of the bone that gives it that look, I think it's more the masseter that widens it. If it is bone I would not even worry about augmenting it because it will likely make you bloated and you can always hypertrophy your masseter, as for it affecting the amount of flare the implants give is not an issue ether imo unless you have a extremely narrow jaw and very wide cheekbones. Just get the implants with a decent width that the surgeon recommends and if you are unhappy hypertrophy the masseter or add a little bit of filler into the area afterwards. That's just what I think tho, Im not a implant designer and my saying is just theoretical, if you should ask anyone it should be the surgeon that places the implants or giant

Fillers easily migrate in the long term. I'd steer clear from them as much as possible. If you were to go down the surgical route, implants would be a much better option.
As far as non-surgical options go though, you might be able to train your masseters to achieve the same result. Masseters (the large muscles on the sides of your jaw), are what broadens the lower face and gives a more masculine appearance. Masseter hypertrophy is going to give you a wider jaw. If your surrounding facial structure doesn't limit you from doing so, I'd do some jaw exercises... surgery is very likely an unnecessary overstep.
I used to have a more narrow face in the past and I've solved it by building my masseters. Just be patient and trust the process. There's probably some good threads on here if you search it up.

Chewing/training my masseters gives me tmj/jaw pain/clicking unfortunately
