You brain just got stuck on those, but in reality, your defect is extremely minor... All lean people have this "tear-trough" deformity: it happens due to medial fat pad leaning.

You need bone or something hard like implant material preferably because fat increases the risk of facial bloating.

For the record I don't recommend infras bonesmashing.
