Whats the best way to fix nf folds caused by bad fat pads

My worst falio is my fat pads causing a bloated look in the midface region giving me nf folds and hollow under eyes i need any fix surgical soft all of the above jsut need this shit gone

Soft- Just fraud with concealer.
Hard- Fat Graft Transfer. (I wouldn’t recommend fillers tbh because of migration unless it’s directly on a bone such as the chin or zygos which reduces the chances)

Like could i transfer directly from my midface region to eyes because i think i had my fats pads slide down from my eyes to the midface region causing nf folds and a puffy look in the area i have a chisled jaw and visble cheekbones
