Yes obviously to rip their eyes out their socket or tongue from their mouth

crushing the windpipe and scooping out eyes would be pretty legit

Go for trying to get one or two fingers within the socket and try to squeeze it around the eyeball to pop it out, it'll be a tight fit at first but you'll then be able to grab onto the connective tissue on the back of the eye once you get it popped out first.

Reaching in for the tongue will be next to impossible as it's a small target and they'll be resisting in a fight, not to mention they'll be trying to close their mouth and call always just bite your hand if you tried as well.

this could also work too

but you'd need to use force and actually try to rip them off

or try twisting them tbh, I know farmers used to do this back in the day to castrate bulls but they'd also finish off with a hammer I think
