can gym beginners get gains in a calorie deficit.

Might depend on genetics, I think if youre eating correctly and making sure you track your calories you can pull it off, especially since newbie gains are a thing.

Yea if u train correctly but unless ur fat or pbese id recommend bulking

If you're a complete beginner and overweight then yes for a few months, otherwise no.
