Yo, I’m 15 so I’m still growing. Could gym stunt my growth?

Yes by taking nutrients that should go to height and giving them to muscles, do a sport or a printing and walking

proper nutrition, all ur macros and micros
don't go heavy on squats and deadlifts and don't do them often
sleep long

and that's about it

Retard different protein types are using for building muscle and height growth, and height and body growth is prioritized over muscle growth. Don't talk without knowing shit "BimaxLaser" retard

no scientific evidence that it does even seen some people say it can promote growth and increase bone mass but it does increase the risk of damaging growth plates if you go heavy on certain exercises like squat or deadlift and if u do damage your growth plates then yes your growth will be stunted
