Can gymcelling get you more respect from males as a manlet with low dimorphism?

Title. Let's say a 5'9 manlet with low dimorphism gymmaxes and liftmaxxes to get to 5'11. Can he get more respect from males peers even though he is low dimorphism (voice, bones, etc...)
 
5'9 isnt manlet, sure its low average, but not manlet.

Yeah Gymmaxxing has gotten me a lot more respect. I'm 90th percentile height though.

No choice really, if you are bottom ~10% height of males in your country, you need to gymmax regardless to stop the 'boy' comments and belittling especially in nightlife.

There's never a reason not to go to the gym though no matter which niche you are trying to fill or max.
