You can use cap or something like that if you don't want your hair to lighten but if you have black hair it probably won't make much of a difference the difference will only be noticeable if you have brown or blonde hair

I have Natural blond hair and in Winter its sometimes almost light Brown but in Summer its Like golden blond but Not in a Ginger way, a rlly nice colour imo
