Herpes Simplex Keratouveitis is a virus spread by saliva and physical touch. The irritation can cause permanent irregular lightening to the eye.

The color change wont be huge like
Brown —> Blue
But more like
Blue —> Light Blue
EXAMPLE:

This is a mild transition but you can still see the color go to brown —> Hazel

The infection can partially reduce melanin where the iris is infected. Pigment cells can be lost with damaged tissue and cause the eye color to appear lighter.
The only downside is the temporary irritation on the sclera. This can be easily fixed overtime with ointment and eye cream, the change in iris color will be permanent though.

(It may cause permanent eye damage but it’s for the mog)

Heres an example of BLUE eyes with herpes:

The strong damages to the tissue turn the normie blue eyes to A10 mogger eyes.

CONCLUSION:
Yes
getting Herpes Simplex Keratouveitis will lighten your iris permanently. It may not change the color to another but it will lighten it significantly.
The way I suggest you go about this, is by kissing as much people as you can or getting pink eye.
