Can health insurance pay for my jaw surgery if it's causing my sleep apnea?

I have a recessed maxilla, which looks like pic related. It's hell on earth living with such a subhuman jawline. It's all I pay attention to now, every time I go out in public i'm just staring at people looking at their side profiles, looking at how they mog me. My life, my dreams are over unless I can get jaw surgery.

Now you can visually understand how dire my situation is, while I will give myself the benefit of the doubt and say it's not as bad as this one, it's still an embarrassment to go out in public trotting a subhuman jaw like that.
I've read some lifefueling articles and reddit posts, of poorcels with sleep apnea like me getting jaw surgery for FREE

I also have braces. Is that gonna make any changes to my jaw before or after?
