yeah it can if ur plates are open. downsides r that if u are a fatass you will get diabetes and if ur estrogen gets too low it will be very bad for u and u will be depressed and your brain will suck. the upsides is u might grow taller and a little bit of muscle, u should start with a normal ai dose and if u get low estrogen side effects lower the dose and if u get high estrogen side effects raise the dose and it doesnt really depend on your hgh dose that much just use a normal amount of ai.
