Hard case here honestly, if you go for palatal expansion (one of the essentials for a developed face), it's just gonna worsen your esr. Focus on getting a tan, widening lower jaw through respective surgery, and maximizing hair health. I don't know what else to say in your case

Your main problems in descending order: flat and horizontal maxilla, large nose, large ramus angle.
Problems with the maxilla can be solved by a dentist, usually without surgery (for example, with a Dilyara mask or MSE).
It may be possible to make your nose smaller with threads or skin thinning with corticosteroids, but I don't think it's worth it. I would say that's your main priority for surgery.
The angle of the frame is not that important, so I don't think you should think about changing it.
It is worth noting that you have good skin and hair, and an excellent eye area.
You just need to take care of your mental and physical health
