Can i achieve htn by debloting?

Don’t look at the green stuff it’s for acne i took the photo now with front camera no filters or lighting. I feel like if my cheeks were less puffy and my face was overall much more lean i would look extremely better. I am currently 67 kg 178 cm 16 yr. Debloting a loosing about 5 kg would it help or no?
