Can I achieve htn without hardmaxxing???

Can I achieve htn (or just high-mtn) without hardmaxxing? And if so what should I do to achieve it?

I think my biggest flaw is probably lack of bonemass or ESR. Is it over?

u LTN rn, with softmaxxing u can get to MTN, but u will need surgery to get to LHTN even
