finasteride, treat cream, and accutane is super cheap off indiamart. I have done this method myself. I used to do 300 with low AI and now 750 AI with medium AI and the ancillaries I just mentioned. Now follow that protocol or fuck off and enjoy half the amount of gains. Just look at the gains chart of test 600 they did a study. Don't ask questions I just gave u everything u need to know pretty much. AI is aromasin adjusted depending on how you feel/bloodwork and accutane is 5mg per day. 250 test c 3x per week. High carb and 0.8g/lb protein and 300 surplus don't eat like a pussy. 20 sets per week per muscle group 1RIR 2x freq. There you go pal fuck off now I just gave you 15kg of lean mass for free.
