Good eye area, but zygos aren’t projected far out enough. Yeah you are gonna have to lean out if you want to have hollow cheeks. I recommend bulking and putting on as much muscle mass while you can and then lean down. When you cut it will pull fat from your face first, so you can get away with having more facial leanness while being at a higher body fat percentage. If you lean out now without any muscle mass, then you will just look like a twink.
