you have really good eyes. At least they look good in the picture. I do not know if its possible to ascend to that level though to be honest. It would require multiple operations. I honestly would not even attempt it if I were you. You can still improve greatly from just softmaxxing and you should reach your maximum softmaxx potential before even considering surgery.

Idk how frauded this is but your clavicles look really good despite you being skinny. Your eyes also look super mog (no glaze). You do look a little uncanny and your head is like too big for your frame. If anything rhino would be a good idea for surgerymaxxing. Your nose isnt even that bad though tbh. Low appeal though Im not gonna lie. Surgery is probably a bad idea. The gym is most likely a better roi.
