My skull is an elongated oval, but the jaw shape itself is absurdly oval, along with my whole head, I have a sloped and assymetric maxilla and the right side of my face is more recessed than the left, but the left side has a very short ramus, like extremely short. My question is that aside from asymmetric trimax to fix the actual recession and chin shortness/projection, is there anything I can do about my odd jaw shape itself? Also can anyone knowledgeable about the ramus tell me what can be done to augment or hide the ramus bone discrepancy? Implants? Fillers?
