Can i ascend my eye area if i dye my eyebrows and lashes?

I think the main part that is lacking is my brows its very trash

Fix the eyelashes make them longer
Make the eyebrows longer
Dye them dark
And curl the eyelash upwards it will give you positive tilt

OM 5mg 1x daily + Bimato 2x a week. Boosting T would do you good too, I sense low T.
