Can i ascend my eye area if i dye my eyebrows and lashes?

I think the main part that is lacking is my brows its very trash
Do yall think if i dye my brows can i ascend or do i need some eye surgery like canthoasty etc ?

Fix the eyelashes make them longer
Make the eyebrows longer
Dye them dark
And curl the eyelash upwards it will give you positive tilt
