I'm 5'6 and weigh 48 kg so im considered underweight
I'm 18 but look 14 to most people cause of my small body and young face.
All I know is that my father was a late bloomer and grew about 5'9 during his college years. Maybe I'm just coping.
Are there any supplements or any methods that can help me ascend or is it over?

Well, i've been sleeping for either 6-10 hours every day. There's just times where I fuck up my sleep schedule and sleep during the day instead at night.

There are days where i only have one meal cause I feel like I'm getting fat. idk if im anorexic or maybe retarded
