Otoplasty (its bad morph but yeah) and grow your hair out more like this and you will look HTN for sure

maybe just try growing long hair enough to cover ur ears if u dont wanna get otoplasty but i dont know if that would look good

just look at this photo and imagine how muc hbetter it would look with longer hair and pinned back ears
