You could use isolation exercises for the neck to make it thicker, assuming you work out, and try leaving your hair longer on the sides too. Also try maintaining a stricter line on where the eyebrows end of the inside ig
Cant tell anything regarding your physique but if youre interested in female attention a bit of muscle and being on the leaner side along with longer hair might help much more than youd be able to guess

Long hair, your face and a decent amount of muscle combined with a low bf% (enough to see abs, nothing crazy) could heavily mog someone taller than you thats lankier. Besides that make sure to never sound like you genuinely care ab the way you look irl or whatever, the more you show people you struggle the less they care or appreciate your looks. Make it look easy and play it off and you most likely could get to MHTN

thats the best way 2 go rn since theres a lot of time left until then. Unless you have any problems in cutting phases i think i gave all the advice i can give
