I can't really tell what's underneath the fat but you have an aspie stare, basically a horseface and narrow mouth combined with "deformed" nose.

Wdym horse face my mid face is barely slightly long. Also what should I do then for my nose ? Cuz my nose bone isn’t very bad it doesn’t have a noticeable bump and it’s straight, the problem is it’s bulbous

Yes, while your nose does have a noticeable bump it, in fact, ISN'T the case that there is a nose bone which has a noticeable bump, the nose doesn't have a bone in it.

No surefire way without surgery. I guess try applying cold water to it or holding certain areas of it firmly. It won't go away with fat-loss.

ok but what surgery would reduce nose bulbosity? Isn't rhino for shaving down the bone and not the fat?
