Can I be masc with a smaller skull?

So I have a very masc looking face and features and I look ok in pictures but irl all my masc features I feel go out the window bc of my smaller head size, can I still pull of the dom and masc look with a little bit of a smaller skull?

smaller makes your frame seem better too

every Chad has a small to medium skull. if you want to model look like an ogre then rope after not wanting to be mated.
