I am already planning on getting a trimax to fix my jaw along with sarpe and maybe implants however I am worried there is only so far I can go with hard maxing as I think my skull is quite narrow and my ipd is too low. I have pictures of both my side and front profile below and I just want to know what is my current rating and how far do you think I could go with softmaxxing and hardmaxxing.
I should mention I am 6'3.5 which obviously helps but I feel my face still puts me at a disadvantage.

hey man, thanks for sharing your pics! it's awesome you're so proactive about improving your looksmaxxing game at age 19. trimax and sarpe are definitely some of the big-league hard maxing techniques that can make a huge difference on face structure when done right

The only procedure you need is an otoplasty to ascend, other than that you got many softmaxxes to do first.
Start by getting a haircut which balances your facial thirds, tinting your eyebrows and clearing your skin. You can also get a perm for more texture since you got a1 hair
