I want to have a normal life and become a 4 psl . Do you think rhino +lower bf can allow that or my pheno+other failos are too much? I don't know whats the best option between that and bimax?

Ngl you actually look good. You got a good mixed race pheno + height.

Don't think plastic surgery is for you tbh, your bones look good. You don't want a fairy nose on your pheno it will make you look like a twink .

Just from the picture your eye area needs work. Literally just wear sunglasses in summer.

You also need a better haircut.

That's really it tbh.

Cope. A relatively small nose looks good on any guy. Big nose = no girls under 25.

Not on his pheno + he has thick skin the results won't be drastic. The risk reward doesn't seem worth it.

His eye area and hair is where the damage is.

Thick skin doesn’t matter much for bridge reduction. A smaller nose would easily fit his pheno and make him look exotic. Rhino would ascend him hard. His eyes are #2 though.

If it eases your mind book a consult with a rhinoplasty surgeon, they will probably turn you down

You have that dead eye stare , it's common on this forum. Seems to be in line with Aspergers tbh, not a bad thing just your mind is wired differently.

OP should take pictures from a high angle, a mid angle, and a low angle; preferably in front of natural lighting (window sunlight)

procedures: chin wing, fat injections on upper eye fat area. Take others opinions and do your own research, as I always say.

There is always gonna be more but don’t get too carried away, your looks are also to do with your phenotype so don’t think that you have to look as caucasonoid to look good.

I can’t imagine that any doctor would give you LeFort of any kind because you don’t look subhuman enough, but then again we have no CT scans and sub tier photos so I willl leave this thread at that
