I hear conflicting things, people on r/jawsurgery say sliding genio and people here say bsso

definitely genio, you could benefit from a small BSSO too but the ROI is just not worth it.

Was to lazy when I did the morph genio wouldn’t make his lower thirds that tall anyways

I have money saved up for other stuff too, should I get fat grafts, rhino, maybe implants in the future? Or is the ROI not worth it
