i bonesmash every 2 days, and take a day break to let microfractures heal a bit but i use a towel with moderate intensity so its not too hard, just for precaution

Yes or something like that. The only thing to worry abt is skin damage.

idk i didnt time i just did it randomly but now i have a routine, but like i said i use a towel with fist or you can use a jade roller, and i just try to do even damage

it could take a few weeks, what i did is

bonesmash every mon, wed, fri, sat with fist in towel

consumed d3, k2, and essential nutrients via carnivore / raw primal to promote the bone growth
