If i maintain high protein intake? Or naturally no ?
Mainly in my neck , shoulders , back

If you are new to working out or if you are on ur first gear cycle you prob should be bale to do it. If you are an experienced lifter u prob wont be able to do it unless using something anti catabolic like tren and a good stack

Yes, I lost 65 lbs I used to be 230 pounds, now I'm 165 and maintaining the weight.

Firstly, fast for 3 days. Making sure you're starting from your real weight.

Then you need to eat a high protein diet, 7000 steps a day, GYM.


Strength training is a must, resistance training is a need. Build a timetable of how many times a week you're going to do the gym to strength train to built muscle.

If you don't strength train you're going to end up skinny fat. Keep in mind the physique I have achieved was 90%, done whilst I was losing the weight. I was never really an exercise guy when I was overweight.
