no dont combine both, that will likely fry your skin.

always scale up slowly to see what works tbh. Start with low conc retinol then up it to a higher conc then tret, start w low dose accutane and scale up based on if your skin gets used to it.

Do not jump straight to 0.5 Tret you have to work your way up and no don’t do both at the same time.
