no dont combine both, that will likely fry your skin.

always scale up slowly to see what works tbh. Start with low conc retinol then up it to a higher conc then tret, start w low dose accutane and scale up based on if your skin gets used to it.

Accutane is enough, if youre past the purge stage and still have acne up the dosage

Youll just rape your skin barrier with both for no reason

Do not jump straight to 0.5 Tret you have to work your way up and no don’t do both at the same time.
