can i come off test if i start at 15

so basically everyday im thinking more and more about hopping on test while being 15, and i will probably do it when i finish my sarm cycle, i know test would fully shut me down but is that permanent or could i come off of it with pct? or would it just be more worth it to blast and cruise? learning more before i hop on because eventually i know i will
