yes, diet has almost no effect on height growth. as long as you're not anorexic and defficient in HGH you will grow to your destined adult height

nah i wanted to gain weight cause i was skinny asf a year ago but then when gaining weight i had a huge growth spurt which i assumed was because of caught up growth after being malnourished for so long

Yea it’s called a caloric deficit, basically you eat less calories and burn more calories.
