Can i darken my eyebrows with minoxidil

sometimes in some lightning my eyebrow on more on the ends looks very light like in the picture above, but compare it to the middle/start it’s very dark, and more ideal, there is also a lot more hair there and the ends aren’t that thick

Can i minox the ends and thicken it up so it looks darker?

Other picture shows it with a flash
