Can I dm experts on lower jaw surgery?

I really need advice cuz I think I only need genioplasty but it's hard to tell because my lower lip worries me alot. It's because of my fucking orthodontist who used camouflage techniques for my underibte instead of adressing the underlying cause. So I don't know if I need jaw surgery (mandible and chin is recessed) or only genio/chin shield (only chin is recessed). I am only an amateur I cannot exactly tell if only a genio would be enough.

Are there any mandible experts I could DM with pictures of my side profile? Pls help
