Can I do 2-3 cycles of 250mg 2 times test, weekly for 24 weeks and be done for the rest of my life?

No, in theory you could. In theory you can even keep a good part of those gains. However the real challenge that everyone who dabbles with PEDS fails is the "do 2-3 cycles and I'm out, I swear bro".

Don’t say EVERYONE :lul:. I get what you are saying though. Is that something I should be concerned with? I didn’t plan to be shootin my entire life.

Haha a smart one and brave too. So if you got the willpower and the plan then you can totally run your cycles and keep the gains.

You'll have to focus on training hard and eating accordingly (slight anabolic surplus) even during the pct phases. This maximizes your chances of keeping the gains, by that I mean muscle tissue and strength wise. Finally make sure that you run moderate to long cycle so the body has time to adapt to these new changes: the faster the gains (like with orals anadrol/superdrol), the harder to keep. This won't be a concern since you're running test only if I'm understanding correctly.

Yh im only running test as this is my first cycle. I don’t expect to keep the majority of my gains just hopefully a decent amount.

Another rule of thumb ; the more compounds you add, the more gains you'll make and therefore the harder to keep, again.

You would be surprised how much a standard test blast can do for your physique. There are plenty of guys who did that and pct and they still kept a decent chunk of the gains to this day.

Good to know. I plan to do further research over the summer. Generally, around what percentage do you think I would retain long term? Or is it completely unpredictable? I know you lose alot of glycogen and intramuscular water which contribute to looking bigger.
