Eyeballs aren't actually that different in size, typically your PFL only varies 1-2mm, the way your eyeballs look is determined by the size of your skull and the positioning of your orbitals

I think they only way to change your eye area entirely is through a tripod osteotomy, malar implants and canthoplasty... which would end up looking terrible
