Can I do lefort 2 after rhino?

I'm also doing both these surgeries. Lefort 2 actually changes your nose so I would do it last. I have a big nose so I want to get rhino desperately and it's also cheaper but I must wait.

You can but your nose shape may change and it might look off, I'd just be patient
