Sometimes I take leaves like Kale, Spinach, Swiss Chard, boil them in water, throw away the leaves and just drink the water. Very high in Magneiusm and Calcium as they quickly come out once boiled. Boil it for 25 minutes and I add some Sodium BiCarbonate while it's boiling to negate the Oxalic Acid.

Lots of potatoes/buckwheat, oxtail soup, OJ, ripe fruits, egg yolks...
in the morning and throughout the day
2 meals before bed;
1, few hours before bed: lots of ripe/frozen fruit with a few tablespoons of coconut oil for digestion, OJ, Parmasen cheese, canned tuna in water, omelette from a couple of eggs, oxtail soup but without the meat (to get the gelatin in the soup, to counter some of the amino-acids in cheese that can distrub sleep)
2, 2-1 hours before bed: 2 big tablespoons of light/white honey (low in allergens) dissolved in warm water, medjool dates, 2-5 raw egg yolks, tablespoon of coconut oil to absorb the fat soluble Vitamins in the egg yolks, and a bit of oxtail soup without any of the meat to help me relax and fall asleep
